How to Apply Your Decals
Every order comes with an instruction sheet, but the process is simple: just peel and stick! Apply to a clean, dry wall and reposition as needed. For best results, refer to the installation guide included with your order.
Will They Work on Textured Walls?
Yes! Our decals are designed to stick to both smooth and lightly textured walls. However, please note that texture may still show through the fabric material. Surfaces painted with semi-gloss may pose some adhesion issues, so we recommend checking your wall finish before ordering, or contacting us first to check.
Are They Removable?
Absolutely! Our decals are removable and repositionable, making decorating (and redecorating) easy and stress-free. They peel off cleanly without damaging your walls.
Processing & Shipping Times
Our current processing time is 3–5 business days, and we always do our best to ship as quickly as possible. During high-demand periods, please allow the full processing window.
Shipping speed will depend on the method chosen at checkout. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping, which is sent via USPS Ground Advantage, the most economical option. Please note that this method is not the fastest and may take longer to arrive.
While we do our best to ensure timely processing, delivery times are ultimately determined by the shipping carrier. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting an expedited shipping option at checkout.
Please note that delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed, and shipping delays are unfortunately outside of our control.

Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we’re unable to accept size exchanges, returns or cancellations. However, if an error was made on our part or your package is lost in transit, we’re more than happy to help!
In cases of missing mail, please contact us via message or email and we will file a missing mail claim with the shipping carrier, for you. Please note that these claims can take up to 7 business days to process before a resolution or replacement can be issued.

Large Orders
For purchases of 20 items or more, Signature Confirmation will be added to ensure secure delivery. This means someone must be present to sign for the package upon arrival. If delivery is attempted but not completed, you’ll need to contact your local post office to arrange pickup.
Once your package has been marked as delivered or an attempted delivery has been made, we are no longer responsible for the parcel. We recommend monitoring tracking information closely to avoid missed deliveries.
Moving Soon? Save Your Backing Paper & Tube
Planning to move in the future or want to safely store your decals? We recommend holding on to the original backing paper and shipping tube your decals arrived in. They’re perfect for storing and protecting your decals if you ever need to take them down and reapply later.
Simply place the decals back on the backing sheet and roll them gently into the tube—easy, tidy, and ready for your next space!
