Shipping
All of our products are made to order, with a standard processing time of 3–5 business days before shipment. We do our best to fulfill orders promptly, but please allow the full processing window.
Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Orders over $75 ship free via USPS Ground Advantage, which is the most economical option and may take longer to arrive. If you need your order by a specific date, we strongly recommend selecting an expedited shipping option at checkout. While we strive for timely delivery, please note that shipping timelines are ultimately determined by the carrier, and delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays and cannot offer refunds for packages that do not arrive in time for an event.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Please keep an eye on tracking updates.
If your order arrives damaged or if you experience non-delivery or misdelivery, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after the expected delivery date. Be sure to include your order number, a photo of the issue (if applicable), and a brief description so we can promptly assist you.
We are unable to accept responsibility for packages marked as delivered or for delays caused by weather, postal service disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We encourage reviewing all shipping details at checkout to ensure accuracy.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item was damaged in transit, there was a shipping issue resulting in non-delivery or misdelivery, or a mistake was made on our end—such as receiving the incorrect item. If your order meets one of these conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, a clear photo of the issue (such as the damaged or incorrect item), and a brief description of the problem. We’ll carefully assess the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for any other reason. This includes, but is not limited to, changes of mind, incorrect size or style selections, or customer errors in address input. We appreciate your understanding and encourage reviewing your order details carefully before placing it.
