Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully:

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, returns and exchanges are not accepted except in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged in transit

  • The item is lost or misdelivered due to carrier error

  • There was a mistake on our end (e.g., incorrect item or personalization error)

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer are not the responsibility of our shop. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for all reshipping costs. If the package is not returned to us by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled and no refund or replacement will be issued.

If your order qualifies under one of the above conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue (e.g., damaged item, wrong product)

  • A brief description of the problem

We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any other reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or style chosen

  • Customer errors in personalization or address input
